The Lion Roars is precise and candid interview with the 17th Karmapa Urgyen Trinley Dorje. It deals with his being the 17th Kamapa. The interviewer has discussed with his likes and dislikes. He has also asked the Krmapa about his self imposed exile in India, but has not asked him about his reasons for leaving China. He has command on life as a Lama in Tibet and has compared it to the life led by Lamas in India. Thought appreciating life in India he still felt Tibet had better atmosphere and was more suited for the kind of meditation he practices. This book also contains a short discourse given by the Karmapa on how to Nurture the tradition of Harmonious Living.
