"I have over the last two days received two parcels of books I bought from the Pilgrim Bookshop when I was fortunate enough to be able to visit your treasure house of literature two weeks ago.

I should simply like to record how impressed I was by the exceptionally high standard of packaging the order had been given - each volume, including some fairly old ones, was perfectly intact. These books, many of which are out of print in the UK, will give both myself and others (several are presents) many hours of pleasure. Simply unwrapping the packages brought back fond memories of my recent trip to Nepal and Tibet, and, of course, of your shop (and cafe!).

I hope I may have an opportunity to visit again in the not too distant future. Meanwhile, my warmest thanks for your excellent service."
