Dr. Sanjay Rajguru, from India,
Varanasi has established a Spiritual Healing Centre designed
to enhance spiritual self-awareness, peace, balance, harmony
and growth through Yoga , Meditation, Reiki and Ayurvedic Healing
Massage at Pilgrims Book House, Thamel, Kathmandu.
Daily classes, certified courses and seminars
are available at Pilgrims Healing Centre.
We regret that these
yoga activities are temporarily suspended.
CULTURAL
EVENTS
Cultural events are organised in the Pilgrims Auditorium. these
include live Classical Music (see above), Dance, and Drama Programmes
with International artists participating from all over the world.

Author appearances, local and foreign,
are always welcome at Pilgrims Book House for book signings,
talks, poetry readings, and seminars. Pilgrims provides free
time and space at all three book house locations. Prior to your
